| Bio: | Journal Disclaimer. About Me: I'm a mid-20s lady who has finally found home. I've lived all over the western United States, but for the winter of 2007, I lived in Liepāja, Latvia. There, I found that A is everything I needed and wanted but never knew existed in a single person, thus we are wading through the paperwork necessary for us to be together. We expect to be married in Fall 2008, once the various agencies in the US government get around to approving A's visa. What I do: I'm still figuring out what makes me happy, at least as far as a paying job goes. For right now, I work for my dad as a locksmith and am beginning my own surveillance company. Otherwise, I play various games and plan world domination, or at least enough money to make me and A comfortable, through business ownership in countries-not-the-USA. What I did: I was a Unix SysAdmin for several well-known corporations, but gave it up to pursue life.. not to mention professions that keep me from being bored. That turned out to be working as a Legal Liaison for a subprime mortgage servicer for three years which I left to follow my then-boyfriend ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} theproteus to Washington. I bounced around Puget Sound, getting fired from largely everything for assorted reasons until I realized that I just don't play nicely with others unless I get to run things. What I'm likely to do in my spare time: I love to read, and spend copious amounts of time buried in assorted novels. I adore cooking and try to devote at least one day a week just to working in the kitchen.
